Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

1. All bookings must be accompanied by a non-refundable advance deposit to confirm services.

2. Full payment must be made 45 days prior to the departure date.

3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved digital payment methods.

4. In case of late or incomplete payment, the agency reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice.

5. Any additional charges (visa fees, taxes, surcharges, etc.) not included in the package will be borne by the client.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are processed strictly as per the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers.

2. The agency service fee and initial deposit are non-refundable.

3. Refunds will only be approved once 100% payment for the booking has been received from the client.

4. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 7–21 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers.

5. No refund will be provided for:

No-shows at hotels, flights, or tours.

Unused services due to personal choice, delay, or early departure.

Cancellation Policy

1. A booking will be considered cancelled only when a written request is submitted via email and WhatsApp and reconfirmed by the company in writing.

2. All cancellations and charges are subject to airline, hotel, and service provider norms.

3. 25 days prior to departure, the booking becomes strictly non-refundable.

4. Flight tickets, visas, and certain promotional offers are non-refundable once issued, irrespective of the cancellation timeline.

Legal Clause

All disputes and legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
